Ohio’s Anti-Transgender Statute Struck Down.

A Federal Court struck down an Ohio statue that did not allow people to correct their gender on their birth certificate. (Advocate.com)


Ohio is now forced to allow Transgender people the opportunity to correct their birth certificate. The Ohio law that was a thinly veiled attempt to discriminate against the Trans community was struck down. There are many more fights left before our Transgender friends and family are granted full equality under the law.
