The funds are going to be released. Everything is happening in slow motion for absolutely no good reason. The money should have been immediately delivered to President Elect Joe Biden’s transition team. I have no doubt the current President was responsible for helping to gum up the works thus ensuring his successor is given as many disadvantages as possible.
