Kamala Harris, the Senate firebrand has been somewhat hobbled as the no. 2 person in the Biden Administration. She has not been able to fully realize her potential being as a no. 2 person in what many describe as one of the most useless jobs in Washington, the Vice Presidency. Can she right the ship before the 2024 campaign begins in earnest is a major question for her and the Administration as it barrels head on into a rematch with Donald Trump. Biden really needs that to happen.
