The Senate and the White House have turned into dens of aging as modern medicine allows people to work much later in life than in previous generations. That does not mean all goes according to plan and the fact so many older people are in elected positions is evident with the continued health scares many of them face. The last president and the current one are the oldest in history and both have had significant health problems not to mention several members of the Senate and some in the House with many of the same issues. No age limit on elected individuals in America exists, some are rethinking that possibility.
