Covid-19 has a sad ‘one step forward and two steps back’ pattern that continues to hamper efforts of controlling the spread of the virus. The World now desperatley hopes the vaccines inoculate against the Covid -19 variants that are emerging. Thankfully, United States has new competent leadership at the highest levels and can harness the power of the full Federal Government and effectively put forth the herculean effort needed to eradicate the virus once and for all.
