Obamacare May Live To See Another Full Administration.
The Supreme Court today hinted that the healthcare law will survive a yet another Constitutional challenge. (CNN)
“Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh suggested Tuesday that it wasn’t the Supreme Court’s role to invalidate the entire sprawling, 900-page Affordable Care Act, even if one or more provisions are deemed unconstitutional, signaling the key parts of Obamacare will survive the latest court challenge.”
Striking down Obamacare in the middle of a pandemic, probably not that great of an idea to further the health and well being of the nation. Luckily the healthcare act appears to be on track to continue saving lives and improving the health of Americans as it was designed to do.
