Rep. Pelosi is calling for a commission to study the deadly insurrection on January 6th.

The deadly insurrection of January 6th will always be associated with Donald Trump and his willingness to incite his followers into a blood thirsty mob. Nothing he can do will ever erase that sin from his shoulders and it will be woven into the fabric of any further political life that he has left. The history books are being written now and will not be kind to him and his MAGA followers who wanted to cast aside over 250 years of democracy and institute authoritarian rule based on 1 man’s incessant lies. That cannot be lived down.
