I am not sure what changed, Trump did the things he said hew as going to do. Maybe an endorsement in 2016 could have made more of a difference but we will never know. Now the World is at a point of no return regarding climate change, hopefully this can help candidate Biden, he will need every little bit of help he can get end up over the finish line a winner.
