The current Administration is of course playing the ‘you don't like me game and therefore I don’t like like you’ childhood game by withholding these funds from California. Even though Californians contributes a huge percentage to the Federal treasury through their taxes, that matters little and the state will be punished by this Administration for not supporting the President.
