Gov. Cuomo
In a brief phone conversation Sunday prior to the press conference, Cuomo told Stewart-Cousins he wouldn’t quit and they would have to impeach him if they wanted him out of office, according to a person who was briefed by someone on the call. The person spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the call was intended to be private.

Gov. Cuomo led the Empire State thought he pandemic with a total absence of leadership in Washington which is commendable. However good his leadership abilities are in no way should minimize the alleged misappropriate behavior. The allegations need too be thoroughly investigated and if they are found to be true then Gov. Cuomo needs to atone for his behavior. The allegations are very troubling and should give the New York and National Democratic Party reason for pause as they chart a way forward.
