“Unfortunately, you’re obsessed with the next day, Jan. 6, when Congress will, in a pro forma action, certify the Electoral College vote. You have tweeted that, as long as Republicans have “courage,” they can overturn the results and give you four more years in office.
In other words, you’re cheering for an undemocratic coup.”
More and more of the right wing echo chamber is calling for an end to the fruitless and ultimately doomed efforts to thwart the democratic process. The President through his Twitter account has not received the memo and continues to wail about a ‘stolen election’ and hints a a Washington surprise planned for January 6th. It is probably just a money ploy that has been very successful since the election but who knows what this man is still capable of doing until 1/20/21.
