The Republican Party has some very difficult decisions to make and not much time to make them. Will Donald Trump continue to control the party forever or will the moderates like Mitt Romney be able to convince his colleagues that democracy is a good thing and dictatorships are really not well… American. A Twitterless Trump is certainly less potent but is akin to a tarantula waiting motionless in his den and ready to pounce and strike the death blow against anyone who crosses his path. Sooooo conviction in the Senate is not likely.
