Student Loan Burden Often Shared By Family

Now a new study by the JPMorgan Chase Institute says nearly 40% of student loan payers are helping someone else pay off their student loans. And 27% of these helpers hold no student loan debt themselves.

Student loans are such a burden and barrier for so many people. The wealthy just breeze by the whole loan mess while continuing to amass fortunes while the middle classes and lower are forced to repay the government and thus never have the same opportunities for wealth accumulation. Student loans are a major contributor to wealth disparities and serve as fire wall to economic prosperity for millions and millions of borrowers nationwide.
