The fact mentioned above is simply shocking and should be the absolute reason to finally rid ourselves of the Electoral College, the biggest election stealer of the last 30 years. How can we continue to call ourselves a democracy when the popular vote is so clearly out of step with the way we elect the Commander in Chief? We can’t.
